Quick guidelines that keep things smooth for everybody.
Deposit
After a late cancellation or no-show, a $25 deposit is required to rebook. It goes toward your service total.
Running late?
More than 10 minutes late? Please call us. Arriving over 15 minutes late without prior notice will cancel your appointment.
Cancellations
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, or you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate others. Short notice may restrict future bookings.
